"Suzume" is a song by Japanese rock band RADWIMPS, released in 2022. It was made for the anime film Suzume no Tojimari, directed by Makoto Shinkai. Yojiro Noda wrote the music.

The film follows Iwato Suzume, a 17-year-old girl from Kyushu. It takes ideas from the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, a disaster that killed more than 15,000 people in Japan. In the story, Suzume lost her mother in the earthquake and grew up with her aunt. She travels across Japan to close doors that release natural disasters.

The lyrics seem to speak of grief and memory, and of holding on to someone even when words are not enough. Lines about tears, reaching out a hand, and not being able to remember clearly seem to point to loss and the effort to move past it, in keeping with the film's focus on Suzume dealing with her mother's death and finding strength through it.

RADWIMPS pairs tender melodies with soaring instrumentals on this track. Toaka handles the vocals.

In Japanese, "suzume" means sparrow. In the film, though, the word is used as the name of the main character rather than as a reference to the bird.
